| Exterior-Interior, addresses the notion of visual complacency as a consequence of sustained familiarity. The site of the gable wall is acknowledged as the position of a juxtaposed space that constructs a narrative questioning both public and personal issues of identity. This is familiarised through the historical application of blue and white ceramic. | |
