- Members will hold a Diploma, Degree, Post Graduate, M.A. or equivalent qualification in ceramics.
- Members will have had a reviewed, one person, gallery exhibition of non-production ceramics. (excluding college degree shows etc).
- Members will have been selected for a juried exhibition of non-production ceramics.
- Members will have had non-production ceramics purchased by an official body, e.g. museums, arts or crafts organisations or government departments.
- Members will have had non-production work commissioned by an official organisation.
- Members will be, or have been, in receipt of a grant or bursary in connection with their non-production ceramics.
- Members will have tax free status.
- Members will be on Schedule D for self-employed artists in the North of Ireland.
- Members will be in full-time academic teaching posts at recognised third level institutions.
